Setting up new Stores

Learn how to set up your first store be it an online store or an offline store (Physical Store)


Setting up an Offline Store

1. Login to backend Admin https://xm.eber.co.

 

2. Click on the Channels icon located on the lower bottom left panel of the page.

 

3. Next, click on Stores.

 


4. Tap on + Add to create a new offline store.



5. Give your store a name and proceed with Next.

6. Upload your store image (if any), proceed to fill up the necessary fields (Description, Store Url, Tel, Address, Postal Code), and hit Save.

 

7. To add more stores, simply repeat steps 4-6.

 

8. Lastly, install StoreApp on your tablet (Download from Play store or App store). Member operations will be reflected to this store for managing and tracking purposes.

 

Eg. When a member signs up, a note will be added that this member signed up at the selected store.

 

Store image specification is 1200 x 758px.

 

You can always complete the additional store information at a later time if you only have the store name.

 


Setting up an Online Store

1. Login to backend Admin https://xm.eber.co.

 

2. Click on the Channels icon located on the lower bottom left panel of the page.

 

3. Next, click on Stores.


4. Tap on Store Connectors (located top right corner) > + Add to create a new online store.

5. Select the Store Connector you wish to connect to, add the online store name and proceed with Next.

6. Click + Connect / + Get Access Key (depending on the store connecter selected) to integrate. Fill in your online store URL and click Connect. A new page will pop up prompting you to install app. Integration is now completed.

 

7. Should you not see the store connector of your choice, simply tap on the + Add More Integrations to view the available options that Eber has readily integrated to. Any new integration that is not in the list, please contact us at help@eber.co

How does Eber issue points for online orders?

# For Shopify: Points are issued immediately after payment stage.

 

# For WooCommerce: You decide when points are issued. You choose either "After Payment" or "Order Completed" stage.
