Topping up SMS Credit

For business who would like to use the SMS service, prepaid top up of sms credit will be required. 


To access SMS credit settings, please navigate to Eber Admin Portal Settings > Billing & Credit - Credit, everything related to SMS can be found in this settings.

 **note: only user with Owner role will have the rights to access Billing & Credit

SMS Credit Top Up via Credit Card

1-time Top up:

  • Under Service [For SMS], click on Credit Card "Update or Topup" option 
  • A pop up of Topup Settings will be appeared
  • Proceed to "Add New Card"
  • Select the amount you wish to top up from the Topup Amount dropdown
  • Toggle on Run Topup Instantly
  • Save - SMS credit balance will be updated instantly upon successful top up

 Enabling Auto Top Up of SMS Credit (highly recommended):

  • Toggle on Auto Topup in Topup Settings
  • Select the amount from the below option 
  • Save

**Auto top up will take place whenever your SMS credit balance fall below the amount you have selected in the above option

SMS Credit Top Up via Bank Transfer

  • Business could opt for any top up amount in USD and proceed with the payment by using the following bank transfer details
          Bank Name:  United Overseas Bank Limited
          Country:  Singapore
          Beneficiary Name:  Eber Pte Ltd
         Swift Code: UOVBSGSG
         Account Number:  6313016509
          ** For overseas business, please take note to choose OUR instruction when making swift payment to us
  • Access to credit settings
  • Click on Bank Transfer "Submit Info"
  • Attach copy of your transaction/ remittance advice
  • Credit top up will be done upon payment receive with confirmation

Things that you need to know:

  • Upon successful top up, SMS credit will be immediately available to use
  • An invoice of sms credit top up will be issued on every successful top up
  • SMS is charged per destination, cost may be vary on messages sent internationally
  • Per unit of SMS is capped at 160 characters – anything over this and you will be charged for 2 units of SMS cost or more. Depending on the phone network, special characters or symbols can take up more than one character. This can be hard for us to measure, but something you should be aware of.
