Staff Passcode

Staff passcode are unique to each individual staff in your store. It's usually between 4-6 digits. Setting passcodes are optional but is ideal to have as it gives you the assurance of additional security layer.

In the event of any discrepancy, the staff passcode will come in handy as you can track and trace the passcodes tagged to each staff. You may also use staff passcodes for brand partnerships.

Create Staff Passcode

When you have new staff, you can create a Staff passcode for them. Just follow the steps below to get started.

1. Go to, tap on Passcode tab.

2. Click "+Create" button to create new staff passcode.

3. Next, select the store this passcode will be used.

Eg. Allie's staff passcode 123456 can only be used at MYoga store.

4. Manager here refers to granting backend admin access to the Storeapp. 

Eg. If Allie is the Store Supervisor, I would want her to have Manager access so she can do voiding of incorrect transactions.

Deactivate Staff passcode

Deactivating passcodes occurs when a staff has resigned or no longer require access to the Storeapp. To deactivate their passcodes, just follow steps below.

1. Go to, tap on Passcode tab.

2. Select the Store which the passcode is created previously and hit the "Search" button.

3. Click the "Active" button to change the status to "Inactive" on the passcode you are deactivating.

Eg. to deactivate Mel(1111) passcode, click on Active status button to flip status to Inactive.
