📌 Effective Dates & New Rates

  • Singapore (SG)

    • Effective 26 September 2025

    • SMS rates will increase from USD 0.033 → USD 0.041 per SMS

    • This is an additional USD 0.80 per 100 SMS

  • Malaysia (MY)

    • Effective 1 October 2025

    • SMS rates will increase from USD 0.023 → USD 0.029 per SMS

    • This is an additional USD 0.60 per 100 SMS

🔎 Why is this change happening?

In recent months, major telcos in Singapore and Malaysia have raised their wholesale SMS fees. These increases affect all service providers in the region, including Eber.

While we have absorbed these rising costs for as long as possible, it is now necessary to align our SMS pricing with the updated market rates. This ensures we can continue delivering stable, reliable, and timely SMS communications for your business.

✅ What this means for you

  • The updated rates will automatically apply to all SMS sent on or after the effective dates.

  • No action is required from your side.

  • Your future credit deductions will reflect the new SMS pricing.

🚀 Our commitment to you

We are committed to keeping messaging costs as competitive as possible while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.

In addition to SMS, Eber offers alternative communication channels such as:

  • Email

  • Push notifications

  • Chat integrations

We are also excited to share that a new messaging channel will be announced soon, giving you even more ways to engage your members in a cost-effective manner.

If you have any questions regarding the SMS price adjustment, please reach out to our billing team at [billing@eber.co].

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership.
