Setting Up Message Content to Raise Campaign Awareness

Introduction

In this article, you will learn how to craft messages contents to promote campaign awareness. Campaigns are traditional messaging strategies that focus on sending bulk communications to a wide audience. This approach typically involves creating a single message, whether it's an email or an SMS, designed to achieve specific objectives. This method is particularly effective for driving brand awareness, generating interest, and keeping your audience informed about key developments.


Setting up Email Message

  1. Go to Messaging tab>Campaign, click "Create"

    a. Name your campaign

    b. Choose your preferred messaging method

  2. If you opt for Email Message, click " Create New Template". A wide range of message template samples is available for you. Or you may choose to design your own template. Refer here for email template tutorial.

  3. Click "Save & exit" after completing your template design.

4. Now, select the targeted audiences.

a. System settings by default.

b. Audiences that falls under these selected filters will be targeted to receive messages.

c. & d. Pick the filters under this item drop down and "add rule"

e. System auto filters out a list of targeted audiences that matches your rules.

5. Scheduling

Select the date and time for your messages to be sent.



Setting up SMS Message

The setup is similar to email message except the message content is different.

1. Enter your message content. You may want to use the text replacements available too. What are text replacements? Text replacement is a feature that allows users to create shortcuts for frequently used phrases or sentences, streamlining the typing process. This tool is especially useful for improving productivity and reducing repetitive typing

2. Select the targeted audiences

a. System settings by default.

b. Audiences that falls under these selected filters will be targeted to receive messages.

c. & d. Pick the filters under this item drop down and "add rule"

e. System auto filters out a list of targeted audiences that matches your rules.

3. Scheduling

Select the date and time for your messages to be sent.

4. Check scheduled messaging activities under "Scheduled" and messaging history under "Sent".
