How to Set Up a Chance Game

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Game section

  2. Create a Game

  3. Select game type - Chance

  4. Select game

    1. Spin Wheel - player can spin a lucky wheel to win a prize

    2. Gift Box - player open a mystery gift box to win a prize

  5. Configure basic settings:

    • Set points required to play, or set to 0 which indicate no points is required to play

    • Maximum settings fields are optional

    • Messages fields are optional

  6. Set up multiple prizes:

    • Add and setup different prizes types (points, rewards or lose chance)

    • Configure probability for each prize

    • Customise winning messages, titles

    • Add optional buttons linking to reward lists

  7. Customise advanced settings for the game:

    • Choose design theme (cyber, virtual, arcade)

    • Add an optional header logo

    • Change the game page text if needed

      All settings are optional in Advanced Settings page.

  8. Link to the game from content pages:

    Go to the page where you want to direct user to the game play page.

    • Copy game link placeholder showing in the game list

    • Paste the link placeholder into the any link URL. Below example is using button and the link placeholder is added to the URL field.

  • Monitor point distribution and reward allocation

  • Regularly update rewards to maintain customer interest
