Managing your billing with Eber's improved invoicing system, introduced in August 2023, is now easier than ever. Here's a step-by-step guide to accessing and handling your billing information:
Clicking on your Logo, located at the bottom left of XM. From the side dropdown menu, select "Billing & Credit."
You'll be directed to the Subscription page. Depending on the invoice you're seeking:
For Older Invoices: Find them under "[Legacy Invoices]."
For Newer Invoices: Navigate to "[Subscription] > Manage > Billing History.
Legacy Invoices for older invoices:
Billing History for newer invoices ("!" icon to indicate unpaid invoices):
Once you've identified the invoice you need, you have two options:
Download: For a quick download of the selected invoice.
Pay Now: For access a comprehensive breakdown of each invoices and proceed with the payment.
To make a payment, simply fill in the required billing and credit card information in the provided fields.
