Introduction

This referral code placeholder feature allows businesses to display either standalone referral codes or referral code URL n their marketing communications. This enhancement provides more flexibility in how referral codes are presented to customers, improving the user experience.

Step by Step Guide

  1. Access the Marketing section in your Eber dashboard

  2. Navigate to Referral > Default Message

  3. Locate the message editor where you want to add the referral code

  4. Insert the placeholder :referral_url or :referral_code where you want the code to appear

  5. Preview the message to ensure proper formatting

  6. Save your changes to implement the new placeholder
