By setting up a referral program in Eber, you can automatically track referrals, reward customers for successful referrals, and grow your customer base organically.

Step by Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Referral

  2. Upload a referral banner that will be displayed on the referral program page

  3. Enable the referral program by clicking the "Enable" button when ready to go live

  4. Choose whether to display the referral code column on the sign-up form.

  5. Name your referral program

  6. Customize the default message that will be sent with referral links

  7. Configure rewards for referrers:

    • Select a specific reward from the "Referral Reward" dropdown

    • Set points value in "Referral Points"

    • Points are required while rewards can be granted together with points

  8. Configure rewards for referees:

    • Choose a reward from the "Referee Reward" dropdown

    • Set points value in "Referee Points"

  9. Click "Save" to complete the basic setup
