Supported Authenticator Apps

You can use any of the following trusted authenticator apps:

  • Google Authenticator (iOS & Android)

  • Microsoft Authenticator (iOS & Android)

  • Authy (iOS & Android)

How to Download an Authenticator App

For iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.

  2. Tap the Search icon and enter the name of your preferred authenticator app (e.g., "Google Authenticator").

  3. Select the app from the search results.

  4. Tap Get, then confirm the download using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.

  5. Once installed, open the app to set up authentication.

For Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

  2. Tap the Search bar and type the name of your preferred authenticator app (e.g., "Google Authenticator").

  3. Select the app from the search results.

  4. Tap Install, then wait for the app to download and install.

  5. Once installed, open the app to proceed with the setup.

Next Steps

After downloading the authenticator app, follow the setup guide to link it to your account. You may need to scan a QR code or enter a setup key provided during the 2FA activation process.
