Introduction

Create rewards integrated with Dinlr to offer customers seamless discount redemption experiences. This integration allows businesses to manage both loyalty rewards and Dinlr discounts in one unified system, making it easier to track and implement customer promotions. By connecting your rewards to Dinlr, you can efficiently manage discounts across multiple locations while maintaining consistent customer experiences.

Step by Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Rewards section in Eber dashboard

  2. Click Create New Reward and set it as active

  3. Enter the reward title that will be visible to customers (e.g., "Free Soft Drinks")

  4. Set the required points needed for redemption

  5. Upload a cover photo for the reward

6. Add reward description and terms & conditions

7. Enable claim button settings to “Claim Button only, usage in other methods”

Reward Integration/Code Setting

  1. Under Integration/Codes setting, select your Dinlr connection

2. Select Custom Store to load discount/promotion created in your Dinlr backoffice for each outlets

3. Select Voucher Type according to your Dinlr setting, if you created it under Discount setting in Dinlr, then select Discount here in Eber Reward too.

4. Next all the discounts/promotions created in Dinlr will reflect, just select the appropriate one for this Eber Reward.

5. Select Code Value Display Type towards Barcode/QR code if you have external Dinlr scanner to scan vouchers.

6. Configure additional settings like “hide code after used or expired” and “allow void Integration Issued Reward”

7. Save the reward configuration

Tips

  • Create the discount in Dinlr back office before setting up the reward

  • Ensure all relevant locations are selected for the reward redemption

  • Double-check the discount percentages and conditions match between systems

  • Test the reward redemption process before launching
