Rewards Journey is a powerful enhancement to the rewards redemption system that allows businesses to create sequential reward experiences for their customers. This feature enables automatic issuance of multiple rewards in sequence after redemption and usage of one rewards after another.

Step by Step Guide

Setting up a Rewards Journey

  1. Navigate to Loyalty > Rewards in your dashboard

  2. Select an existing reward or create a new one

  3. Go to the "More" tab

  4. Find the "Issue Other Rewards After Use" section

  5. Configure the sequence of rewards to be issued automatically

Configuring Usage Dates

  1. Navigate to Loyalty > Rewards

  2. Select the reward you want to configure

  3. Go to Limits

  4. Find Usage Start & End Date Option

  5. Choose between start/end of calendar month options
