Step by Step Guide
Setting up a Rewards Journey
Navigate to Loyalty > Rewards in your dashboard
Select an existing reward or create a new one
Go to the "More" tab
Find the "Issue Other Rewards After Use" section
Configure the sequence of rewards to be issued automatically
Configuring Usage Dates
Navigate to Loyalty > Rewards
Select the reward you want to configure
Go to Limits
Find Usage Start & End Date Option
Choose between start/end of calendar month options
