The Reward feature in Eber allows businesses to create special rewards for their customers. This feature enhances customer engagement by incentivizing purchases and encouraging ongoing engagement with your brand.

Step by Step Guide
Navigate to the Loyalty tab in the Eber XM dashboard
Select Rewards to access the rewards creation page
Activate the reward by selecting Active to make it visible to users
Choose the appropriate reward type: a. Standard for businesses without integrations but also if applicable if you are integrated with selected third party apps b. POS for businesses with specific third party apps
Enter a Reward Title (e.g., "10% Off Your Next Purchase")
Set Points Needed to specify how many points customers must spend to redeem this reward. Enter 0 if the reward is free. If you enter a lower amount than the Original Points Needed, the reward will display as having discounted points.
7. Upload a Cover Photo to make your reward visually appealing
8. Add a Reward Description such as "Redeem this reward to enjoy 10% off your next purchase"
9. Complete the Reward Description of the Claim (e.g., "Your reward has been claimed. Use it within the validity period.")
10. Define Terms and Conditions including expiry date, validity period, minimum spending requirements, and redemption locations
Configure the Claim and Use Button settings for your web app
Choose your preferred claim and use option:
Not available on web app: Rewards are viewable online but only redeemable in stores
Claim and use in one button: Single-click redemption process
Claim and use in two buttons: Two-step redemption process
Claim button only: Online claiming with in-store redemption only
2. Select specific stores where rewards can be redeemed (optional)
Set a Password to Confirm Usage if needed for store app security
Choose your preferred passcode verification method:
No passcode: No verification required
Staff passcode: Individual staff passcodes required
Set passcode: Universal passcode for all staff
Swipe to use: Additional swipe action required by customer
