Remarks

Status

Set rewards as Active or Inactive to control if the reward is currently available.

Reward Type

Select between Standard rewards or POS rewards (if integrated with E365). For other vendor integrations, use Standard.

Reward Title

Enter a descriptive name for your reward (e.g., "5% off total bill").

Points Needed

Specify how many points members need to redeem this reward. Enter 0 for free rewards.

Original Points Needed

Optional field to show a higher "original" point value to create a discount effect (e.g., showing "was 100 points, now 50 points").

Currency

Define different point systems for different product lines, allowing varied reward structures for various items or services.

Cover Photo

Upload the main image that will be displayed for this reward on the customer-facing interface.

Additional Photo

Optional secondary images to enhance the visual presentation of the reward.

Reward Description

Enter text describing what the reward is and its benefits (e.g., "Welcome to ABC and Co. This is your 5% off on your first spending").

Reward Description of the Claim

Enter text that appears after a customer claims the reward (e.g., "Thank you for visiting us. See you again").

Terms and Conditions

Specify rules for redeeming/using the reward, including expiry dates, minimum spending requirements, and where it can be redeemed (online/offline).

Not Available on Web

When selected, indicates that the reward can only be redeemed in physical stores.

Claim and Use in One Button

Allows simultaneous claim and redemption of the reward in a single action.

Claim and Use in Two Buttons

Enables a two-step process where members can claim a reward and redeem it later.

Claim Button Only, Usage in Other Methods

Allows members to claim online but redeem the reward only in physical stores.

Password to Confirm Usage

Set a password that store staff must enter to authorize reward usage (only works with store app).

Quantity Available

Set the total number of this reward available for redemption. Enter 0 for unlimited.

Show Quantity Counter

Toggle to display a counter showing how many rewards have been redeemed on the customer interface.

Limit Claim or Usage per Member

Specify how many times each user can redeem this reward.

Time Limit Type

Set frequency limits for redemption (lifetime, per day, per month, etc.).

Hide if Limit Has Reached

When enabled, the reward will not appear on the customer interface once its claim limit has been reached.

Expires in Number of Days After the Claim

Define how many days the reward remains valid after being claimed.

Campaign Start Date

Set when the reward campaign begins (visibility period).

Campaign End Date

Set when the reward campaign ends (visibility period).

Usage Start Date

Customize when the reward can start being redeemed, which can differ from campaign visibility start.

Usage End Date

Customize when the reward can no longer be redeemed, which can differ from campaign visibility end.

Claim and Use Option

Configure to allow claiming and using the reward simultaneously.

Claim Option

Configure to allow members to claim first and use the reward later.

Use Option

Configure to allow direct usage without a claiming step.

Show Countdown Timer

Enable a countdown display showing time remaining until the reward starts or expires.

From Time

Set specific start time for reward usage within a day.

To Time

Set specific end time for reward usage within a day.

Single Unit Usage Only

Restrict the reward to one-time use only.

All Available Points Must Be Used

Configure to use maximum possible rewards based on the member's points balance.

Allow Multiple Unit Usage

Enable members to claim and use multiple units of the same reward.

Claim Stores

Specify particular stores where the reward can be claimed.

Use Stores

Specify particular stores where the reward can be redeemed.

Store Groups

Limit reward availability to defined groups of stores, allowing targeting of rewards to particular locations or branches.
