Accessing your invoices and making payments

Introduction

Managing your invoices and payments on our platform is quick and easy. Only users with the Owner or Billing role can access this page. Follow the steps below to access and track your invoices, update your billing details, and make payments.

Accessing Your Invoices

  1. Log in to Your XM Account

  • Navigate to your XM account and click on your logo at the bottom left of the XM dashboard.

  • Select Billing & Credit from the menu.

2. Go to the Subscription and Billing Page

  • On the Billing & Credit page, click Manage (Invoices, Billing Info, Credit Card) button.

  • Here, you can view and update your billing address and payment method, if necessary.

3. View Your Billing History

  • Click on Billing History to access a list of all your past and pending invoices.

  • Select any invoice to view or download it as a PDF.

Making Payments

  1. Pay Outstanding Invoices

    • If you have any outstanding invoices, click the Pay Now button.

    • You will be redirected to a secure payment page.

    • Enter the required payment details and confirm the transaction.

    • Once the payment is successful, the invoice status will automatically update to Paid.

Accessing Legacy Invoices

For invoices generated before August 2023 in our legacy billing system:

  1. Navigate to the Billing & Credit page.

  2. Click on View Legacy Invoices to access past invoice records.
