Auto top-up credit is a feature that helps replenish your credit balance automatically when it falls below a specified threshold. This ensures you have sufficient credit for on-demand services without manual intervention.

A valid payment method added to your account.

Steps to Enable Auto Top-Up
Navigate to your XM account and click on your logo at the bottom left of the XM dashboard.
Select Billing & Credit from the menu and click on Credit link.
Under the Credit section, select Manage Card.
Add your card details if not already done.
Click Set Auto Topup for Service [For SMS] or Cash credit.
Turn on the Auto Topup toggle.
Set the minimum balance threshold that triggers the top-up and the amount to top-up.
Choose your card in the Topup Card Selection.
Click Save to apply the settings.
Adjusting or Disabling Auto TopUp
To adjust settings, modify the thresholds or top-up amount.
To disable, turn off the Auto Topup toggle.

Update your payment method to ensure validity and sufficient funds.

Manual Top-Up Credit

Steps to Enable Manual Top-Up
Navigate to your XM account and click on your logo at the bottom left of the XM dashboard.
Select Billing & Credit from the menu and click on Credit link.
Under the Credit section, select Manage Card.
Add your card details if not already done.
Click One Time Topup for Service [For SMS] or Cash credit.
Select the topup amount and click Topup to proceed.
After successful payment, your credit balance should reflect the updated one-time top-up amount. If it does not update immediately, refresh the page or check your transaction history.
