Receive alerts when your SMS credit balance falls below a specified threshold to ensure uninterrupted messaging services.
Steps to Enable Balance Notifications
Navigate to your XM account and click on your logo at the bottom left of the XM dashboard.
Select Billing & Credit from the menu and click on Credit link.
Locate the Balance Notification column and click No
Turn on the Notification toggle.
Set the balance threshold that triggers alerts.
Enter the recipient email address for the notifications.
Click Save to enable notifications.
Once enabled, the system will send email alerts to the recipient when the credit balance reaches the defined threshold.
