User Merge in Eber enables businesses to combine two user accounts into one, transferring all existing spending, points and available rewards to a single account. This feature streamlines account management for customers who have multiple accounts and wish to consolidate them into one. For businesses, this results in improved customer service efficiency and better account organization.

Step by Step Guide
Navigate to the People section in your Eber dashboard
Select the user profile you want to merge into
Click Edit to access the user profile settings
Scroll down to the Merge Member section
Click the Add button to initiate the merge process
Enter the User ID of the account you want to merge into
Check the Transfer Rewards box if you want to transfer available rewards
Save and confirm the merge operation
If merged records are relatively large, a job queue will be scheduled instead, system will be prompting “Merge User in Progress”
A system email notification will be triggered to the admin user when merging is done.
