User Merge enables businesses to combine two user accounts into one, transferring all existing spending, points and available rewards to a single account. This feature streamlines account management for customers who have multiple accounts and wish to consolidate them into one.

Navigate to the People section in your Eber dashboard
Select the user profile you want to merge into
Click Edit to access the user profile settings
Scroll down to the Merge Member section
Click the Add button to initiate the merge process
Enter the User ID of the account you want to merge into
Check the Transfer Rewards box if you want to transfer available rewards
Save and confirm the merge operation
If merged records are relatively large, a job queue will be scheduled instead, system will be prompting “Merge User in Progress”
10. A system email notification will be triggered to the admin user when merging is done.
Note: When merging accounts, profile information will not be merged. Only points, rewards, and spending data will be transferred to the primary user account. The original profile details will remain tied to the primary user.
How to Unmerge User Accounts
If you need to separate previously merged accounts, you can use the unmerge function. Here's how to do it:
Navigate to the People tab in your dashboard
Select the merged user profile you want to unmerge
Click on the Profile tab
Locate the merged members section
Click the Unmerge button next to the profile you want to separate
6. In the confirmation dialog, you'll see an option to "unarchive User" which is checked by default Note: Keeping this option checked allows you to retrieve the profile later if needed. If you uncheck this box, the user profile cannot be recovered.
7. Return to your member list where you'll see the unmerged profile is now back as a separate account.
Note: When unmerging accounts, only the user profiles will be separated. Previously transferred data like points, rewards, and spending history will remain with the primary account and will not be reverted back to the original account.
How to View Merged Member List
To view a list of merged members and their details, follow these steps:
Navigate to Insights in your dashboard
Under the Membership option, select Merge Member List
Use the search filters to find specific merged accounts:
Date Range - Select the period you want to search
Merge From User ID - Search for the original member account
Merged To User ID - Search for the primary account that others were merged into
Click Search to retrieve the merged member information
