Step by Step Guide
Part 1: Configure Withholding Duration
Navigate to Loyalty > Points > Point Advanced Settings
Select Create and enter a Name for your new points rule
Locate the Withholding Duration section
Set your desired withholding period (e.g., 14 days)
Part 2: Points Rule Configuration
Go to Loyalty > Points Rule
Select the desired rule to modify
Access Points Advanced Settings
