Please read this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") carefully to understand how EBER (Pte Ltd), its subsidiary and affiliate corporations, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Company", "our", "us" or "we") uses and protects the information we collect from visitors to Eber's websites (including https://eber.co), our clients ("Clients"), our Client's customers ("Customers") and other users ("Users") of the EBER Properties.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time; modifications are effective immediately unless otherwise stated. By using a Service or providing us with your Personal Information, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Any information about an identifiable individual (e.g. name, mailing address, telephone number and email address). Collected when you use the EBER Properties, set up an account, fill out surveys, or correspond with us.

Information that does not by itself identify you (e.g. demographic information or website visitations). Collected automatically through industry-standard technologies described below.

The Company may require Personal and Non-Personal Information to create an account or enable features. For Clients, information may be gathered via phone, email, online forms, or in-person meetings, but only if submitted voluntarily.

When you send communications to us, we may retain them to process your inquiries and improve the EBER Properties.

Credit Card information is tokenized by our payment gateway provider. We do not store raw card data. We use tokenized information only to help complete future transactions. To remove payment details, please use your admin portal or contact help@eber.co

By using the EBER Properties, you consent to our use of your Personal Information for: communicating with you; processing purchases and transactions; protecting against fraud or error; providing requested services; administering the EBER Properties; personalizing your experience; system administration; advertising optimisation; and complying with legal and governmental requirements.

You may request updates, corrections, or deletion of your Personal Information at any time. Deletion requests may be submitted to hello@eber.co. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by emailing help@eber.co or following the unsubscribe instructions in any such communication.

We do not sell or transfer your Personal Information to outside parties except to trusted service providers who assist in administering the EBER Properties. These providers may not use your data for other purposes. We may release information to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect rights and safety. In the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Personal Information may be transferred to the acquirer.

EBER Pte Ltd is ISO 27001 certified, demonstrating our commitment to an internationally recognised Information Security Management System (ISMS). This certification governs the controls and processes we use to protect personal data collected, stored and processed on behalf of our Clients and their Customers.

Security measures include internal reviews of data collection, storage and processing practices; electronic and physical security measures; and confidentiality obligations binding all employees, contractors and agents. Some Personal Information may be stored on servers outside your jurisdiction of residence, including in Singapore.

The EBER Properties are not designed for individuals under the Minimum Age of 14 years, or such older age as applicable law in your jurisdiction requires. Please do not use our services or provide Personal Information if you are under the Minimum Age.

The EBER Properties may contain links to third party websites with separate and independent privacy policies. The Company has no responsibility for the content or practices of such websites.

EBER complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, effective 2 July 2014. A dedicated Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed for Singapore to oversee compliance. For more information visit pdpc.gov.sg.

This section applies to individuals in Malaysia whose personal data is collected, processed or used by EBER in connection with any commercial transaction.

EBER complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709] of Malaysia, as amended by the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024. In accordance with the Malaysia PDPA (as amended), we:

If you are located in the EU or EEA, we process your Personal Information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679). Personal data is processed and stored in Singapore. When transferring data outside the EEA, we apply Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Our ISO 27001 certification supports the adequacy of our security controls for EEA data transfers.

EU/EEA residents may exercise the following rights: access, correction, erasure, objection to processing, restriction of processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. Contact our Singapore DPO to exercise these rights. We aim to respond within one month.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you via email or direct electronic communication of any changes that materially impact your use of the EBER Properties or the treatment of your Personal Information.
