Create New Member Profile
To create new member profile, log into your Eber XM Backend:
1. Go to People
2. Click + Create button located at the top right corner of the page
3. Fill in the basic fields and click "Done" to save the new profile
4. To add additional profile information, click "Continue with more info" instead of "Done" > Edit > Input data > click Save.
5. You have successfully created a new member profile.
Edit Member Profile
To edit existing member profile, log into your Eber XM Backend:
Go to People
Search for the specific member using mobile number/ email address/ name/ member ID using Search box > Enter
Click on the More Detail icon
in front of the member's name
Click on Edit under Overview tab > Edit the member's information or details > Save
You have successfully edited a member profile.
