We’re excited to announce the launch of new Rewards UI, a powerful new way to showcase reward redemption availability to your customers directly within the Customer Portal. This feature is perfect for time-sensitive rewards. It not only adds transparency but also creates a sense of urgency, driving customer action.
When enabled, this feature introduces a progress bar to the reward listing, offering a clear and visually engaging way to track reward availability in real time.
How It Works?
The Quantity Progress Bar highlights four key statuses for rewards & the UI display will change as the redemption % fall within certain threshold.
Available Quantity: When more than 50% of set quantity is claimed
Claimed Quantity: When the number of unclaimed rewards is less than 50%, but more than 25% of the set quantity
X Quantity Left: When the number of un-claim rewards is less than 25% of the set quantity
Fully Claimed: When 100% of set quantity is claimed

How to Enable the Feature?
Go to Loyalty> Rewards> Create New/ Click on one of the set rewards to edit
Go to "Limits" tab, enter the Quantity set for this rewards & check on the "Show Quantity Counter" box, hit "Save" and you are good to go!
