We’re excited to announce a new feature designed to enhance your rewards experience: the Countdown Timer for rewards redemption! This feature will be prominently displayed on the individual Rewards page, giving you real-time insights into the exact time remaining to claim your rewards before they expire.
What’s New?
The Countdown Timer shows:
Redemption Period Start Time
Redemption Period End Time
This allows you to see exactly how much time you have left to redeem your rewards.

By providing a clear, countdown-based reminder, we’re encouraging urgency and helping you make timely decisions about when to redeem your rewards.
Encourages Action: The countdown creates a sense of urgency, prompting you to act before your rewards expire.
Boosts Conversion: The visual cue increases conversion rates by making it easier for customers to redeem rewards while they’re still available.
Improved User Experience: With the timer visible on your individual Rewards page, you’ll always be in the loop about your rewards’ status and the available redemption window.
How to enable this feature?
Go to Loyalty> Rewards> Create New/ Click on one of the set rewards to edit
2. Go to "Limits" tab, under "Usage Timing Setting", check the "Show Countdown Timer" box & select the duration of your redemption period.
3. Additionally, you can also set Multiple Redemption Time Slot Display. This feature will be prominently displayed under Rewards Listing page that shows multiple redemption windows within a single day, giving customers more opportunities to redeem their rewards at times that fit their schedules.
To create multiple redemption time slot display, click "Add" & add on different timing of your redemption periods.
