Introduction
The Membership Transactions Report feature in Eber allows you to track and analyze your membership data such as checking membership tiers movements, renewal dates and understanding transactions across different channels.
Step by Step Guide
Navigate to Insights > Membership > Membership Transactions in your dashboard
Use the search bar to find specific members by:
Name
Email
Phone
Membership number
Set your desired date range using:
Preset options from the dropdown
Custom date range selection
Filter your data by:
Specific stores
Membership tiers
Transaction type (new signups or renewals)
Sales channels (web app or manual admin entries)
Click Search to view the filtered results
Export to CSV if needed for further analysis
Data Fields Explanation
Field Name | Description |
Membership Type | Indicates the category or level of membership assigned to the member |
Member Name | Full name of the member |
Email Address | Contact email of the member |
Phone Number | Contact phone number of the member |
Current Member Tier | The present membership tier level of the member |
Expiry Date | The date when the current membership will expire |
Status | Current state of the membership (active/inactive) |
Member Since | The initial date when the person became a member |
Renew Date | The date when the membership was last renewed |
From Member Tier | The previous tier level before a change in membership |
To Member Tier | The new tier level after a membership change |
From Expiry Date | The previous expiration date before renewal |
To Expiry Date | The new expiration date after renewal |
Upgrade/Downgrade ID | Reference number for tier change transactions |
Channel | Source of membership creation (eg; web app or admin creation) |
Amount | Payment amount for any paid membership transaction |
Payment Code | Reference code for payment verification, especially useful for payment gateway integrations |
