Setting up a general membership tier in Eber allows businesses to create and manage their basic membership program effectively. This feature enables businesses to collect valuable member data, implement points systems, and provide targeted rewards. A well-configured membership tier forms the foundation for customer engagement and loyalty programs.

Step by Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Membership page and click on Add New Tier

  2. Upload your member card image in the General page

  3. Input the membership tier name

  4. Configure expiry duration (leave blank for free memberships)

  5. Click Save to reveal additional configuration fields

  6. Navigate to the Loyalty and Reward tab to set up points expiry duration:

    • Choose between days-based or months-based expiry

    • For monthly expiry, select specific dates or monthly recurring dates

  7. Configure points mechanisms:

    • Set initial points for new members

    • Define points for renewal members

    • Establish birthday points

  8. Select the reward mechanisms for new and renewal members

  9. Click Save to finalize all settings
