Step by Step Guide

Method 1: Editing Basic Tier Settings

  1. Navigate to the Loyalty page, then the Membership tab in Eber dashboard

  2. Scroll to the specific membership tier you want to modify

  3. Click the green Edit button for that tier

4. Update the relevant fields such as:

  • Points value and expiry duration

  • Initial points for new and/or renewal members

  • Birthday points

  • Welcome rewards

Method 2: Editing Advanced Settings

  1. Navigate to the Loyalty page, then the Membership tab in Eber dashboard

  2. Click Settings in the top right corner

  3. Navigate between different tabs:
