Enhance your loyalty program by personalizing the customer experience with customized text prompts at key stamp milestones. This feature allows you to display tailored messages to customers when they reach a specific number of stamps, helping to engage and motivate them to continue collecting rewards.

How to set up this feature?

  1. Log in to your XM admin dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Loyalty section, select Points and then Point Currencies.

  3. Click on "Create" or select an existing point currency to edit.

  4. Scroll down to Display Settings.

  5. Choose the stamp milestone (e.g., 5th stamp, 10th stamp, etc.).

  6. Enter the custom message you want to display when customers reach this milestone.

  7. Use clear, engaging language that aligns with your brand’s tone.

  8. Click Save to store your changes.

  9. Use a test account to verify how the message appears to customers.

  10. Gather feedback and tweak the message if needed to improve engagement.

Your customers will now receive customized messages at key stamp milestones, enhancing their loyalty experience and encouraging repeat visits!
