How to set up this feature?
Log in to your XM admin dashboard.
Navigate to the Loyalty section, select Points and then Point Currencies.
Click on "Create" or select an existing point currency to edit.
Scroll down to Display Settings.
Choose the stamp milestone (e.g., 5th stamp, 10th stamp, etc.).
Enter the custom message you want to display when customers reach this milestone.
Use clear, engaging language that aligns with your brand’s tone.

Click Save to store your changes.
