  1. If you are a business owner in Singapore, register your desired SMS sender ID with the Singapore Network Information Centre (SGNIC) via the appropriate government platform. This is a mandatory step for Singapore businesses.

  2. Obtain approval from SGNIC for your chosen sender ID.

  3. Navigate to the Custom Branding section within the Eber platform.

  4. Select the SMS Sender tab.

  5. Check the SGNIC Registered box.

  6. Input the sender ID that was approved by SGNIC.

  7. You are encouraged to conduct testing with your custom SMS sender ID.

  8. Save your SMS Custom Branding settings.

  1. Navigate to the Custom Branding section within the Eber platform.

  2. Select the SMS Sender tab.
