Introduction

Eber Wallet allows businesses to provide customers with digital versions of their membership cards, reward cards, gift cards, and store cards. This feature enhances the customer experience by eliminating the need for physical cards while making it convenient for customers to access their membership details and rewards.

Step by Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Channels in the Eber dashboard.

  2. Select Wallet from the menu options.

  3. Toggle the Enable button to activate the Wallet feature.

  4. Configure the Code Value Display Type by selecting either QR code or barcode for scanning.

  5. Customize the card appearance by selecting your preferred Label Color and Background Color to match your brand identity.

  6. Set up the Title display information, which can include business name, point name, point balance, customer display name, and membership tier.

7. Configure the Change Message which will be displayed when significant changes occur (like points earned from transactions).

8. Upload your company Logo and Strip Image (a background image) to customize your digital card design.

9. Set up Nearby Messages to notify customers when they are close to your business locations to prompt them to drop by for a quick visit. **Please note that this function is only available for iOS devices.

10. Click Save to apply all settings.
