Prerequisites Setup Guide

On Klaviyo’s side, you need:

  • A Klaviyo account with administrative access

On Eber’s side, you need:

  • A valid Eber account

  • Administrative rights to add new apps and integrations

Setting up Klaviyo Connection

From Eber XM

  1. Navigate to Eber XM and go to the Apps section

  2. Find Klaviyo under Integrations and click Enable

  3. Click Settings and Add to create a new integration connection

  4. Name your integration and save it

  5. Click Settings again to connect your Klaviyo account.

  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to approve the connection.

From Klaviyo Marketplace

  1. Search for Eber in the Klaviyo Marketplace.

  2. Click Install App.

  3. Approve the connection when prompted.

  4. Click Connect to proceed with connection.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Setting up Events

Configure event mapping between Eber and Klaviyo:

  1. Access the event settings in the Eber connectors after setting up your integration connection

  2. You will see two main events available:

    • User Creation

    • Reward Claim

  3. Check the events you want to trigger email messages
