Klaviyo integration with Eber enables seamless connection between your Eber platform and Klaviyo marketing automation tools. This integration allows for efficient customer data synchronisation and automated marketing workflows, helping businesses enhance engagement, track customer activities, and improve campaign performance.

Prerequisites Setup Guide

On Klaviyo’s side, you need:

  • A Klaviyo account with administrative access

  • A private API key generated in Klaviyo

On Eber’s side, you need:

  • A valid Eber account

  • Administrative rights to add new apps and integrations

Setting up API Connection

  1. Navigate to Eber XM and go to the Apps section

  2. Find Klaviyo under Integrations and click Enable

  3. Click Settings and Add to create a new integration connection

  4. Name your integration and save it

  5. Access your Klaviyo account:

    • Go to Settings in your user profile

    • Navigate to API Keys

    • Click Create Private API Key

    • Create an API key with the following scopes:

      • profiles

      • lists

      • subscriptions

      • data-privacy

      • events

  6. Return to Eber's Klaviyo connector:

    • Enter the API key provided by Klaviyo

    • Click Connect

Setting up Events

Configure event mapping between Eber and Klaviyo:

  1. Access the event settings in the Eber connectors after setting up your integration connection

  2. You will see two main events available:

    • User Creation

    • Reward Claim

  3. Check the events you want to trigger email messages
