Introduction
Activity Messages are automated notifications or messages triggered by specific actions or behaviors of a customer. These messages help you stay engaged with your customers by responding to their interactions with your platform, products, or services. By providing timely and relevant information, Activity Messages increase engagement, reduce churn, and enhance the overall customer experience.
How to change activity message setting?
Go to Messaging> Activity Messages
Now you can choose the type of activity message you would like to amend.

Function | Description |
Welcome Message | Outbound message when someone joins as a new member |
Receive Point | Outbound message when a member receives points |
Receive Point Zero Amount | Outbound message when a member visits but points receive is zero |
Welcome Points | Outbound message when receiving welcome points |
Claim/Redeem Reward | Outbound message when a reward is claimed/redeemed |
One-time Passcode | One-time passcode to login to member web app |
Reset Password | Outbound message for resetting password |
Gift Card | Outbound message to buyer, receiver, usage & top ups |
Credit functions | Outbound message for usage & top ups |
Referrals | Outbound message to buyer, receiver, usage & top ups |
Once the selected templates have been enabled, messages will be triggered and notifications will be sent to member.
