1. Member Profile Management

  • Rewards Claimed Events

    • Triggers when users claim rewards in Eber XM

    • Automatically updates user profiles and sends WhatsApp notifications via Wati

  • Welcome Events

    • Activates upon new user registration in Eber XM

    • Creates or updates the user profile in Wati and sends automated welcome messages

2. User Synchronization

The system maintains data consistency by automatically creating corresponding Wati profiles for all Eber XM users. Any updates to user data in Eber XM are automatically reflected in Wati.

3. Contact Information Management

User information updates are managed through Wati's Contact Management API, ensuring synchronized contact details and metadata across both platforms.
