When members are created in Eber, they will receive a welcome message through WhatsApp via Wati integration. Here's the step-by-step process:

Member registration is completed in Eber (either through XM or Web App)

Member data is automatically synced to Wati's platform

Once the sync is successful, Wati sends an automated welcome message to the member's registered WhatsApp number

Member receives the welcome message on their WhatsApp, confirming successful registration.

Note: The welcome message is configured during the initial Wati integration setup process and can be customized according to your business needs.
