Welcome Message

When members are created in Eber, they will receive a welcome message through WhatsApp via Wati integration. Here's the step-by-step process:

  1. Member registration is completed in Eber (either through XM or Web App)

  2. Member data is automatically synced to Wati's platform

  3. Once the sync is successful, Wati sends an automated welcome message to the member's registered WhatsApp number

  4. Member receives the welcome message on their WhatsApp, confirming successful registration.

    Note: The welcome message is configured during the initial Wati integration setup process and can be customized according to your business needs.

Member Creation and Synchronization

There are three primary ways that member information syncs between Wati and Eber:

  1. New Member Creation

    • When a new user is created in Eber, they are automatically registered in Wati

      • User information is saved in Wati's system

        • A welcome message is sent to the user's WhatsApp

  2. Member Information Updates

    • When user information is updated in Eber, changes are automatically synchronized to Wati

      • All modified information is updated in Wati's portal

  3. Existing Member Activation

    For users who exist in Eber but not in Wati, any update to their profile triggers member creation in Wati

    • Updates to fields like first name, last name, gender, or date of birth will initiate this process

      • After creation, the welcome message is sent to the user

This integration ensures that member information remains consistent across both platforms, maintaining data integrity and enabling effective communication through WhatsApp messaging.
