*6. "Usage Limit" controls how many times each transaction a service/item can be used.

---

Referring to item#4 and item#5, here is an example of how to use these 2 options to create a better voucher for your business:

E.g, If I offer a $400 package that includes 11 treatment sessions.

Method :

What-to-do

Quantity : Enter "11".

Usage Limit : Select "One Usage".

11 vouchers being listed in the store card. Each of the voucher can only be used once.

Quantity : Enter "1".

Usage Limit : Select "Multiple Usage", enter "11".

1 voucher being listed in the store card. That voucher can be used 11 times.

---

7. "Usage Option" refers to the number of package that can be used in a single transaction.

E.g, if the use limit is 10 and the usage option is 2, this member can use 10 sessions/items in a single transaction and each transaction can utilise 2 sessions/items. As a result, the storefront team member must complete 5 transactions.

8. You can choose whether the store card can be redeemed using the StoreApp, the Webapp, or both.

9. If your package has a running number and has to be monitored, you can include your "Serial Number Prefix" and "Next Serial Number".

10. To allow your member to share the store card with their friends and family, check the "Enable Sharing" box. You can also add text to the shared package so the recipient knows what it is about when they receive the link.

  • Prior to using the store card, the recipient will be required to sign up. You can specify which sign-up fields are required (email or phone number). The recipient will then automatically become a member of your business.

  • The use of a store card is immediate and live. If members decide to retrieve the shared store card link, they can generate a new link, and the recipient's old link will expire.

11. If you allow store cards to be redeemed via StoreApp, check the "Display QR Code" box for quick access to your storefront team member.

12. You can also limit the use of this store card to specific locations/stores by selecting the store group or store name (if you have multiple stores and done configured in Channel).

13. Click [ Save ], and you're done!

Refer below for display example from Webapp.

The purchased store card can be found under the "Purchased" tab, with the package image.

When member taps the package, the item within appears.

When member taps on an item, the more extensive description/terms of that item are shown here.

Please keep in mind that once an item has been used/void, the store card cannot be removed or deleted.
