Points expiry
This is where you can configure the validity of your members' points.
Member's point expiry can be set in two ways:
1. By days (90/180/365 days)
1. By months (3/6/9/12 months)
3. You may also specify a specific day for the system to run by using the month option. (E.g, 12 months, 1st of the month: Any sign-ups made on January 23rd, 2023 will only be valid until February 1st, 2024).
This setting is under the "Loyalty & Reward" tab.
Membership rewards categorisation
There are different ways to reward your newly sign-up/renewal members either by points, welcome rewards and store card.
For New Member & Renewal Members
Initial Points: Welcome your members with points. Points can be redeemed as rewards offered by your business at a later stage. Enter the desired amount of points to be rewarded into "Initial Points". A new member will automatically be rewarded upon sign up.
Welcome Rewards: Reward members by giving out vouchers. Discounted vouchers that can be used immediately or on merchandise (E.g, door gift, drinks etc). You need to pre-setup your reward(s) here and assign to "Welcome Rewards" for it to take effect.
Store Card Package [Add-on Feature]: Frequently tied with paid membership. Trigger a store card to member, with the card featuring a variety of benefits. For further information, please contact your Sales Consultant. You must pre-setup your store card here and assign to "Store Card Package" for it to take effect.
For member's birthday
There are two ways to reward birthday members, you may run both at the same time:
1. Reward without spending
2. Reward after spending
*Tutorial below is referring to setting up reward without spending.
Enter the desired number of points to be rewarded under "Birthday Points," and then set the redemption validity. (E.g. "Days before birthday, 0" indicates that the 50 points will be rewarded to the birthday member only on the actual birth date).
