Understand paid membership and how to set it up

Introduction

The paid membership loyalty program is an appealing and straightforward initiative designed to reward customers for their commitment. By agreeing to pay a recurring membership fee upfront, customers unlock a range of exclusive benefits and substantial discounts that enhance their overall shopping experience. This program not only fosters customer loyalty but also provides members with a sense of belonging and appreciation. With a variety of rewards tailored to meet their needs, members can enjoy significant savings on products and services they love, making each purchase even more rewarding. Plus, the program often includes additional perks such as early access to sales, special events, and personalized offers, ensuring that members feel valued every step of the way.

How to Create Paid Membership?

  1. Go to Loyalty tab> Membership, click "Settings", >Paid Membership, click "Create"

  1. Design and upload your digital membership card.

  2. Name your membership.

  3. Enter membership expiry details.

2. After general setup, under "Membership", click "Edit", go to "Loyalty & Reward" tab for advanced settings.

Under advanced settings, you may set points expiry rules and customise various types of rewards especially for occasions such as welcoming new member, celebrating members' birthdays and anniversaries. Refer this article to learn how to set up rewards.

How to link Paid Membership page to Web App:

Channels > Web App > Menu > + Add Header Menu

Fill in ?Title? tab and link your Membership page under ?Link To? tab

Select ?Yes? under Active and insert your sorting number accordingly (this refers to the sequence you want your tab to be displayed on the WebApp homepage)

Click Save
