Introduction

Part 1: Connecting API
1. Sign in to your Eber XM account.
2. Navigate to "Apps", then under the "Categories" section, select "Integrations". Search for "Wati" and click "Enable".
3. Once enabled, go to "Settings" & click "Add New Connection", you may input your preferred name.
4. You will be redirected to a new Wati connector page. Fill in the credentials.
5. Get the Access Token from Wati's API Doc's page.
6. You're now successfully connected.
Part 2: Registering Webhook
A webhook is a method of allowing one system to send real-time data to another system as soon as an event occurs. It’s a lightweight, efficient way for applications to communicate and trigger actions in response to specific events without constantly polling or requesting data.
In this case, it will be a an event trigger where a specific event (reward claimed or welcoming new member) occurs in the source system. The message template which will then be sent out to targeted members automatically when such event is triggered by the system.
1. Copy the Webhook URL upon connected successfully.
2. Go to Wati's Webhook page and click "Add Webhook".
3. Paste the URL and click "Enable".
4. Select the Events. Once the webhook is active, it will monitor for specific events to occur, at which point we trigger corresponding actions, such as updating messages delivery statuses on Eber XM.
5. Hit "Save" and you are all set!
6. Once the setup is completed you should be able to preview the message template.
**Do take note that the message templates has to be created on Wati's platform prior.
