Let's see how it works
Member creates users and joins membership from Eber (XM or WebApp)
a. If the member is new, the user should be automatically created in Wati.
b. If the member already exists in Eber, an update to the users' information should trigger the member to Wati.
User should be automatically created over in Wati's portal.
For the case where the user exists from [1a], the member will also be created in Wati with the updated information.
User should expect an SMS notification to indicate member has been created.
