Step by Step Guide
Setting up SFTP Folder
Navigate to https://xm.eber.co/import/ftp
Click the Create button in the top right corner
Select your preferred folder type
Click Create User button
Download the authentication key file for connection setup (via the download beside the folder name)
Configuring SFTP Automation
Select the appropriate import template “Choose Template”
Set the operation frequency “Sequence” & “Run Time”
Choose the type of action to be performed “Import Type”
Configure additional settings:
Configure header row skipping if needed
Set combine row functions “Combine next row if transaction number match” (Only for transaction import)
Set up skip string function for excluding non relevant data value (Example : Special Characters like ?!)
Set other matching data points (Match Store Id and Match Transaction date, for the case where transaction number is not present, it’s matched base on Store and Date/Time) (Only for transaction import)
Ensure the status is set to "Active"
Click Save to complete the setup
