This feature enables businesses to customize how they reward customer engagement and spending, creating an effective loyalty program that suits their specific needs.

Step by Step Guide

Setting Up Basic Points System

  1. Navigate to Loyalty and select Points

  2. Choose between Points System or Stamp System

    • Points System: Automated points based on spending

    • Stamp System: Manual stamping feature with visual cards

  3. Configure point issuance method:

    • Per Dollar: Set points earned per spending amount

    • Per Scan: Set points earned per QR code scan

  4. Select rounding option:

    • Round Down: Always rounds to lower point value

    • Round Up: Always rounds to higher point value

    • Round Normal: Rounds based on 0.5 threshold

  5. Set limitations (optional):

    • Daily points earning limit

    • Minimum points balance requirement

Additional Stamp System Setup

  1. Enable stamp system by checking "Show stamp card"

  2. Upload custom images:

    • Stamp image for completed milestones

    • Unstamp image for pending achievements

  3. Configure number of stamps to display
