Customize which member profile fields appear in your reports. Beyond the default fields (name, email, phone, custom ID), you can add or remove any standard or custom fields to see exactly what you need.
How to Customize Profile Fields View in Reports
Method 1: Via Profile Field Settings
Go to People tab
Navigate to Profile Field Settings
3. Select Report View Settings
4. Click the edit button on the report you want to customize
5. Uncheck "Use default columns"
6. Select the profile fields you want to include in your report

This customization feature is only available for the report types listed above
Selections will cover both standard and add-on data field
Method 2: Quick Access from Insights
Open report in Insights
Look for the profile icon labeled "Customize profile field columns"
Click the icon to access the customization page
Select your desired profile fields
π‘ Tip: You can switch between these methods based on where you are in the platform. The quick access from Insights is particularly useful when you're already viewing reports.
