Feature Overview

The Member Profile view provides a detailed snapshot of each customer within your loyalty program. It consolidates essential member data, including contact information, visit history, points, rewards, and tier status, into a single dashboard. This view supports customer service, campaign targeting, and member engagement by offering full visibility into individual activity and behavior.

Core Components

  • Profile Information

    • Name, email, and phone

    • Birthday and referral code

    • Member ID and sign-up source (e.g., specific store)

  • Status & Tags

    • Membership status (Active/Inactive)

    • Member Tier and segmentation tags (e.g., Standard, Dormant)

    • Joined date and expiration date (if applicable)

  • Activity Overview

    • Number of spending visits

    • Last spending date and store

    • Last login and login method/channel

    • Channel used (e.g., Store App, Online Store)

  • Email Deliverability Status

    • Email suppression status with ability to remove from suppression

  • Admin Tools & Actions

    • Quick view, credit/point adjustment, and purchase/reward history

    • Access member profile via "More" button or "Login View" for testing
