Viewing Customer Info

The Eber Chrome Extension allows you to instantly access customer data while working within supported CRM, e-commerce, or PoS platforms. Follow the steps below to view and interact with customer profiles directly from your browser.


Step 1: Install and Activate the Extension

Check our previous introductory and setup article on our Chrome Extension here to learn more and setup your article if you have not read that already.

Step 2: Navigate to a Supported Platform

  • Open your CRM, e-commerce, or PoS system in Google Chrome.

  • Locate a customer record that includes an email address or phone number.

Step 3: Look for the Eber Icon

  • The extension will automatically detect supported contact information.

  • A small Eber icon will appear beside the recognised email or phone number.

Step 4: View Customer Information

  • Click the Eber icon to open a quick-access panel.

  • The panel displays key customer details retrieved from Eber, including:

    • Full name (first & last name)

    • Email address

    • Formatted phone number

    • Member ID

    • Loyalty point balance

    • Membership tier

    • Link to view the full customer profile in Eber


Additional Notes

  • Make sure you’re logged into the extension using your Eber credentials.

  • If the icon doesn’t appear, confirm that the extension is properly activated (see Step 1).
