By customizing roles for each set of staff or departments, you can control who has access or can view certain functions in Eber admin portal. Using Roles, you can enable messaging experience but lock the billing experience.
Eber provide 4 standard roles to all businesses by default. A quick overview of the available roles and access is provided below:

StoreApp Access Only | Login to StoreApp only | Storeapp outlet/store user |
Marketing | Limited CRM access | Outsource Marketing |
Admin | All functions are available except for Billing & Credit | 2nd person to your programme |
Owner | All functions | Business owner / Marketing Manager in charge. |
