This is an overview of your member tiers and some other functions.


Loyalty > Membership.

Here it will show the points expiration and rewards for the respective tier without the need to click inside. Nonetheless, it is always a good idea to cross-check tier by tier.

If you would like to make changes to the existing tier, simply click on [ Edit ] button underneath the respective tier.

By default, it will show the active tiers. If you want to look for inactive tier(s), select "Status" from the drop down list and hit [ Search ].

[ Setting ] is where you could:

  • Configure your default tiering.

  • Adjusting consumer segmentation for data analysis.

  • Establishing rules for auto-upgrade/downgrade when your customer spends certain amount/earned certain points.

  • Making changes to your paid membership [Add-on Feature].

[ + Add New Tier ] is where you may add and configure your new membership tier.

If you want to change the order of the tiers, click on the [ List ] button and then click on the "up/down" arrow.
