Introduction

A loyalty program usually comes with different tiers to allow the members to enjoy different benefits based on their earned tiers. For instance, the higher the tier the better benefits is available. It also encourages members' spendings in order to achieve higher rankings. This article guides you on how to setup basic terms and conditions for different membership tiers.

Setting up your membership tier

Part 1: Membership Cover Setup

Part 2: Set Membership tiers Terms & Conditions

Important: Eber is integrated into a wide range of systems. As a result, some of the functions displayed on the screen may not be applicable to you. Unless otherwise instructed by your Customer Success Manager, the following guide is applicable for all standard subscriptions.

Part 1 - Digital membership card setup

Under Loyalty> Membership

1. On the top right side, click "+ Add New Tier"

2. In the new diverted page, this is where you input your membership tier information:

  • Upload your membership card design (Card design is to be done by client itself).

  • Customise your membership tier title under "Name" ie. Gold, Silver, Platinum.

  • Hit "Save"

Part 2 - Set Membership tiers' Terms & Conditions

After completing Part 1, you will be redirected to the overview page, where you will be able to see the newly created tier.

Click the "Edit" button under the newly created tier to start customising the terms and conditions.

Key things to set here:

  • Age Limit

  • Allow Registration on StoreApp

Age Limit

If the nature of your business requires an age restriction upon sign up ie. liquor shop, you may want to set a minimum age requirement for sign up.

Allow Registration on StoreApp

What is Store App?

All created tiers will be displayed in StoreApp by default. However, if you have a specific tier ie. VIP, you may select " No" to masked out this option so that it is none displayable or accessible to avoid your staff from accidentally upgrading the members into the wrong tier.
