They both work differently and you may opt to either send out the messages via email or SMS. When deciding between a Campaign and a Campaign Bot, consider the nature of your messaging and the level of engagement you aim to achieve. Campaign is ideal for straightforward announcements that don’t require immediate feedback, while Campaign Bots excel in scenarios that benefit from interactive dialogue and personalised engagement.


So, what are the differences between Campaign & Campaign Bot?

Campaign- Create triggering messages for 1 time events.
For example:

  • Relocation of store notice

Campaign Bot- Create a customised message to engage with aspecific targeted audiences.
For example:
