(IV) No action needed and the reward is successfully used.

(B) Staff Passcode

Staff Passcode is a code that is given to the internal team for internal tracking.

E.g, You want to know who, when, and where the reward was issued.

(IV) Storefront staff is required to enter/provide their passcode to validate, then press on "Submit".

(V) The reward is successfully used when the right passcode is entered.

(C) Set Passcode

Set Passcode is a code that is given to the partner in order to validate the member's arrival/claims at the collaboration event.

E.g, You collaborated with ABC Gym for a Zumba session. When your member arrives at ABC gym, the gym staff will provide this passcode as validation.

(IV) Partner to provide their passcode for the member to enter on the Webapp to validate, then press the "Submit" button.

Unless your business provides a variety of rewards for different claim behaviours. We normally advise businesses to have only one type of claim and usage button to avoid confusion among internal team also with your members. After all, user experience matters.
